15 zionist soldiers were either killed or injured following an attack by Hezbollah on a military site
In a recent development, the Hezbollah resistance movement launched an attack on an Israeli military installation located in the northeastern region of the occupied Palestinian territories, resulting in multiple casualties among Israeli forces.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Hezbollah announced that it targeted the al-Marj military installation situated near the Lebanese border with Israeli-occupied territories. The group claimed to have employed “appropriate weapons” in the attack, resulting in “multiple casualties and injuries” among Israeli forces.
Hezbollah has reiterated that the attack was executed in solidarity with the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip and their ongoing resistance efforts.
According to Israeli media sources, two soldiers lost their lives and at least 13 others sustained injuries when two anti-tank missiles launched from southern Lebanon struck areas within the occupied territories.
A retaliatory strike followed an Israeli assault that resulted in the deaths of over 30 individuals and left 3,250 others injured in Lebanon.
Hezbollah and Israel have been engaged in a series of lethal exchanges since early October, following Israel’s initiation of a large-scale military campaign in Gaza. This escalation came in response to an unexpected operation by the Palestinian militant group Hamas.
Hezbollah has pledged to persist with its retaliatory actions against the Israeli government, citing ongoing aggressive operations in Gaza that have resulted in the deaths of at least 41,272 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, and left 95,551 individuals injured.
