Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei: Revolutionary youth are national asset
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei said on Monday he loves revolutionary youth and they are the country’s asset.
A group of talented Sharif University students presented their medals they had won in different national and international Olympiads to the Supreme Leader.
The Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei expressed pleasure with the services Iranain youth render to various parts of the country.
The speed of the country’s scientific growth should not be limited. Rather, it must gain momentum, the Supreme Leader said.
‘I accept your medals with honor and give them back to you as they are manifestations of your talents and high determination,’ Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei said.
The country’s scientific growth will lead to regional and global breakthroughs, the Supreme Leader said.
Lack of ethics in the Western countries and in the US, in particular, has roots in the absence of spirituality and divine aspirations, the Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei said.
Increase in the number of assassinations and high sales of arms inside the US have turned into a stumbling block, but due to domination of weapon producing mafia in the US, the country’s administration do not dare to declare arm sales illegal, the Supreme Leader said.
Perseverance of the committed people is vital to achieve significant scientific and economic breakthroughs, the Supreme Leader said.
To attain the goals, all should deal with difficulties and remove barriers, Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei said.
The officials as well as universities academics should support the revolutionary and pious youth, underlined the Supreme Leader.
University officials should provide the students with suitable guidance and what they need, the Supreme Leader said.
On Resistance Economy, the Supreme Leader said the world has experienced this type of economy under critical situation and Iran is not an exception.
The resistance economy will bring immunity to Iran to be able to thwart conspiracy of the ill-wishers and global economic ups and downs, Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Sayyed Imam Ali Khamenei said.
The reason behind the US scientific and industrial advances in the past 150 years was implementation of the resistance economy, but they promoted the idea for their materialistic goals while it can be used for advancement of spiritual ideals, the Supreme Leader said.
