First images from ISIS controlled Yarmouk Camp

The battle for the Yarmouk Camp in southern Damascus is underway, with the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and their Palestinian allies taking the offensive against the Islamic State (ISIS) forces.

What was once home to tens of thousands of Palestinian refugees is now but a ghost town that is mostly controlled by the Islamic State terrorists that have reigned terror over this large district in southern Damascus.

As depicted in the photos below, the war has taken a great toll on the Yarmouk Camp, as most of the buildings in this district have been destroyed by the brutal battles that have taken place over the last seven years of this war.
