Zionist entity detained multiple individuals at Netanyahu’s office in connection with the alleged leakage of highly sensitive information

According to reports from Israeli media, the Shin Bet, Israel's internal security agency, has detained several individuals from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office. The arrests are linked to allegations of leaking highly sensitive information concerning military operations in Gaza.

Several individuals were detained on Friday in connection with the unauthorized disclosure of classified documents from the Prime Minister’s Office, the Rishon Lezion Magistrate Court revealed in a statement, according to reports from Israeli media.

Judge Menachem Mizrahi announced that the detentions were the result of a collaborative investigation conducted by the Shin Bet security agency, Israeli police, and the Israel Defense Forces.

According to his statement, the apprehensions were conducted due to “suspicions of jeopardizing sensitive information and potentially undermining the objectives of the military campaign in Gaza.”

According to a report by Ynet, a spokesperson affiliated with the Prime Minister’s Office is among those detained.

On October 7, 2023, Israel launched a military offensive in Gaza following an unexpected operation by Hamas-led resistance groups. This operation was reportedly conducted in response to what they described as escalating actions against the Palestinian population.

According to the most recent official figures, the occupying forces have so far resulted in the deaths of at least 43,259 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, and have left 101,827 others injured in the blockaded Gaza region.

In a series of aggressive military actions, Israel has been accused of intentionally targeting structures and tents that are providing shelter to displaced Palestinians, raising allegations of war crimes.
