Abu Obeida stated that the fate of Israeli captives is directly linked to the Israeli regime forces operations
The spokesperson for the al-Qassam Brigades has issued a cautionary statement to Israeli defense forces, indicating that any further military incursions could endanger the lives of those being held captive.
On Monday, Abu Obeida, the military spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, lauded the valor and military prowess exhibited by Resistance fighters operating in the northern Gaza Strip.
Abu Obeida commended the Resistance fighters, emphasizing that their resilience and actions serve as “an inspiring model for freedom seekers worldwide.”
In a recent Telegram statement, Abu Obeida asserted that the adversary is hiding the actual extent of its losses and the challenging conditions faced by its troops in the northern Gaza Strip, aiming to maintain the perceived strength of its military forces.
He emphasized that the genocide and ethnic cleansing directed at innocent civilians in the northern Gaza Strip are intended to conceal the scandals and disrepute of the Zionist army. Additionally, he expressed commendation for the Resistance fighters.
Abu Obeida emphasized that the future of several captured adversaries is contingent upon the occupying forces’ capacity to advance several hundred meters in specific zones currently under attack.
Earlier today, the al-Quds Brigades, the military arm of the Islamic Jihad Movement, released a video statement titled “There will be no one left to tell the tale… Time is running out.” The message serves as a stern warning regarding the delays in reaching a captives and ceasefire agreement, emphasizing the potential repercussions for the lives of Israeli captives. This development comes amidst criticism of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for allegedly neglecting and undermining the proposed Gaza deal.
The ongoing military operations by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip have resulted in the deaths of dozens of Israeli captives over the past year.
Israel’s Channel 12 disclosed on Sunday that a rescue operation conducted by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza last December, which led to the death of captive Sahar Baruch, 25, was originally aimed at securing the release of Noa Argamani. Argamani was ultimately freed six months following the operation.
Israeli media reports indicate that the military launched an operation based on intelligence suggesting that Argamani was confined in a building in Gaza. However, the information proved to be inaccurate, as it was Baruch who was actually held captive.
