Ansarullah: Israel unable to intercept missiles from Yemen

Ansarullah in Yemen has declared that the Israeli defense system was unsuccessful in intercepting a missile attack aimed at areas within occupied Palestinian territories.

Al Jazeera reported on Sunday that, contrary to assertions by the Israeli government that a Yemeni missile had been intercepted outside its airspace, the missile was able to penetrate all of Israel’s air defense systems.

Israeli news outlet Channel 12 has confirmed that a missile was launched from Yemen targeting Israel. This report has been corroborated by local media, which also announced that alarm sirens were activated in Tel Aviv.

On Friday, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesman for Yemen’s Armed Forces, reported the execution of two military operations targeting Israeli positions in the occupied city of Jaffa.

In a coordinated series of operations, the first strike focused on a power station located in the eastern part of Jaffa. Subsequently, a second operation deployed a drone to target a military facility within the city. The drone operation was reported to have successfully reached its intended target.

Yemen has repeatedly affirmed that coercive measures and pressure tactics employed by Western governments will not compel it to retract its support for the Palestinian people.

Since November 2023, Yemen has engaged in efforts to target Israeli ships and other vessels en route to the occupied Palestinian territories, as part of its support for Palestinian resistance efforts in the Gaza Strip.
