35 ISIL Terrorists Killed by Kurdish Forces in Syria
The Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) in Syria’s Kurdistan region killed 35 terrorists of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) Ras al-Ain last night.
The terrorists were killed after heavy clashes with the Kurdish forces near the evacuated village of Raviya on Tal Bouka hills last night.
The bodies of 20 terrorists fell into the hands of the YPG.
Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the YPG killed 16 fighters of the ISIL terrorist group near the city of Kobani in Northern Syria. The ISIL fighters were targeted by the Kurdish YPG forces, in the village of Halang, near the predominantly Kurdish city of Kobani.
The fight against ISIL terrorists in the Syrian town of Kobani is being won, according to the US military. Kurdish forces on the ground say that ISIL has been pushed back in most parts of the town, which borders Turkey.
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant terrorists have been driven out of the city of Kobani by Syrian-Kurdish people that have seen weeks of fierce fighting.
During the last four days, the Kurdish fighters have been gaining more ground in the battle against the ISIL Takfiri militants in Northern Syrian city of Kobani.
Kurdish fighters gained grounds in the East and West of the Syrian border city on Wednesday. Later reports on Thursday and Friday said the Kurdish popular defense forces pushed back the ISIL militants for the third consecutive day in the Kurdish border town of Kobani.
The ISIL terrorists withdrew 4 kilometers from their positions in the besieged town of Kobani.
Yet, reports also said heavy clashes between Kurdish fighters and ISIL militants are underway Northwest of the city.
