Several explosions rock Syria’s Damascus

Local sources in the Syrian capital reported hearing a massive explosion in the Al Mazzeh area late on Saturday night.

Initial reports suggested that three consecutive explosions were heard in the area, along with widespread gunfire.

Syrian sources later revealed that the explosions were caused by a sound grenade being thrown in a residential area.
