Iranian FM in Saudi Arabia for OIC Meeting

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has traveled to Saudi Arabia to attend a ministerial meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation about the situation in Gaza.
The top Iranian diplomat arrived in Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah on Thursday night.
The ministerial meeting of the OIC will be held at the request of Iran to address a US plot for the forced relocation of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
Spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Esmaeil Baqaei announced at a televised interview on March 5 that Iran has called for the emergency meeting of the OIC with the purpose of drawing attention to the persistent threat of Israeli genocidal crimes against the Palestinian people and the dangerous developments going on in the West Bank.
