Imam Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Iran, stated on Wednesday that any military aggression by the United States and its allies against Iran would undoubtedly be met with retaliation, ensuring their defeat.

On Wednesday, during the sacred month of Ramadan, Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, convened a meeting with university students.

The Leader of the Islamic Ummah asserted that, despite critiques from adversaries and the absence of influential figures such as Martyrs Raeisi, Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah, Haniyeh, Safieddine, Sinwar, and Deif, the nation has achieved greater strength in certain areas compared to the previous year. Furthermore, in other respects, the country’s position has remained stable, neither weakening nor diminishing.

In remarks delivered today, Ayatollah Khamenei asserted that global powers demand allegiance and the prioritization of their interests worldwide. However, he emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran stands as the sole nation that has resolutely challenged and refused such pressures.

He asserted that the US President’s statement about being prepared to negotiate is a tactic designed to mislead global public opinion.

Ayatollah Khamenei has asserted that engaging in negotiations with Washington is unlikely to lead to the removal of sanctions on Iran, countering claims by some that dialogue could ease restrictions. He further stated that such talks may, in fact, escalate pressures on the nation.

The leader asserted that diplomatic negotiations would be ineffective in addressing the existing issues.

Ayatollah Khamenei remarked that Iran dedicated numerous years to negotiating a nuclear agreement, which was subsequently dismantled by the U.S. president. He further elucidated that, given their awareness of the other party’s non-compliance with negotiations, there stands no necessity for such discussions.

The Leader asserted that if the decision to pursue nuclear weapons had been made, American efforts would not have been able to prevent it.

He reiterated his cautionary message to the United States, advising against contemplating military action towards Iran, and asserted that any such aggression would be met with a retaliatory response aimed at incurring significant losses on their part.

Iran has stated that while it does not pursue conflict, any aggressive actions by the United States and its allies will be met with a decisive response. Iran emphasized that, in such a scenario, it will be the United States that ultimately suffers the consequences.

Ayatollah Khamenei asserted that Iran possesses the capability to effectively counter any acts of aggression, vowing a definitive retaliatory response against any adversary.

In a session held on the 11th day of the holy month, students engaged in an open and cordial dialogue with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, voicing their perspectives, concerns, and inquiries.

The commencement of the event was marked by representatives from an array of student organizations who articulated their opinions and proposed suggestions on a diverse set of topics, encompassing the political, social, scientific, and cultural spheres.
