Al-Nusra Terrorists Sustain Heavy Toll in Quneitra, Daraa
The Syrian army made more gains in its fight against Al-Nusra Front in nearby areas of Quneitra and Daraa provinces, inflicting heavy casualties on the terrorist group.
The Syrian soldiers struck a heavy blow at al-Nusra terrorists in the areas of Tal Mas’hara and al-Samadaniyeh al-Gharbiyeh in the Southern Quneitra province, killing and injuring scores of them.
Elsewhere in Syria, the al-Nusra terrorists suffered major losses in the areas of al-Mesmia, al-Lajat, and Daraa al-Balad as the army pressed ahead with its military campaign against the terrorist group in Daraa province.
Syria has been grappling with a deadly crisis since March 2011. The violence fuelled by Takfiri groups has so far claimed the lives of over 210,000 people, according to reports. New figures show that over 76,000 people, including thousands of children, lost their lives in Syria last year.
