A representative from Ansarullah’s political bureau has announced that Yemen intends to persist and escalate its offensive operations in response to the ongoing military actions by the Israeli government in the Gaza Strip, which the group describes as a genocidal campaign.

He cautioned that as long as Gaza remains insecure, the occupied territories and the Israeli government will not experience true security.

The Israeli military reported that it successfully intercepted a ballistic missile launched from Yemen, which activated warning sirens throughout central regions of the occupied territories late on Monday night.

According to reports, while the missile debris allegedly did not cause significant damage, a substantial fragment did fall in the Ramat Beit Shemesh Alef neighborhood of Beit Shemesh, near the city of Jerusalem.

Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, announced on X (formerly Twitter) that Israel remains under attack and aid to Gaza continues in the wake of Yemen’s operation.

Yemeni citizens have publicly expressed their unwavering support for Palestine in its fight against Israeli occupation, following the Israeli military’s aggressive campaign in Gaza initiated on October 7, 2023. This offensive has resulted in the deaths of at least 45,541 Palestinians so far.

Yemeni forces have reportedly targeted locations across the occupied territories and have additionally engaged in attacks on Israeli ships and vessels navigating to and from Israeli-held ports in the southern Red Sea, the strategic Bab el-Mandeb Strait, the Gulf of Aden, and even within the Arabian Sea.
