Bahraini Regime Authorities Arrest Sheikh Sankour for Opposing Normalization with ‘israel’

The Bahraini regime authorities arrested Sheikh Mohammad Sankour and referred him to the public prosecution, driving crowds of citizens to hold protests against the regime’s move.

In response, the key Bahraini cleric Sheikh Issa Qassem stressed that humiliating Sheikh Sankour at the security centers represents a Zionist demand, hailing the traits of piety and generosity of the arrested cleric.

Sheikh Qassem added that the Bahriani people may never surrender, asking Holy God to help Bahrain and Bahrainis in face of the normalization of ties with the Zionist enemy.

Al-Wefaq Association mentioned via Twitter that a large number of Bahraini troops besieged Sheikh Sankour house and arrested him.
