Breaking: Syrian Army launches powerful night assault in eastern Daraa

At approximately 11:00 P.M. (local time) last night, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) launched a powerful attack against a group of militants inside the eastern countryside of the Dara’a Governorate.

According to military journalists in eastern Dara’a, the Syrian Army unleashed a flurry of artillery shells and missiles towards the terrorist defenses near the Lijat region.

No further details have been released.

The Syrian Army is expected to kickoff their long-awaited offensive in southern Syria in the coming days, as they gave the terrorists an ultimatum that expires on June 14th.

If the terrorist forces do not reconcile with the government, the Syrian Army will launch a massive attack inside both the Dara’a and Al-Quneitra governorates.
