Breaking: Syrian Army Recaptures the Vital Tal Hamki Checkpoint

Syrian Arab Army’s 87th Brigade carried out a counter-attack at the Tal Hamki Checkpoint, killing 29 fighters from the Al-Qaeda linked “Harakat ‘Ahrar Al-Sham” militant group before recapturing this imperative hill overlooking the Syrian Government’s main supply route.
The Tal Hamki Checkpoint is strategically located in-between the Idlib Governorate cities of Jisr Al-Shughour and Ariha; it is one of the many checkpoints on Highway 56 that leads to the Latakia Governorate from Jisr Al-Shughour and the Al-Gha’ab Plains.
