Deal to Evacuate Hundreds of Civilians from Syria’s Douma

The Syrian competent authorities struck a deal with terrorists to evacuate hundreds of civilians from Douma, the final militant pocket in their former bastion of Eastern Gouta, a monitor said Sunday.
“A partial agreement was reached to evacuate hundreds of civilians who wish to leave for Idlib”, the militant-held province in northwestern Syria, the UK-based Syrian opposing observatory told AFP.
The observatory said “negotiations were continuing for a full agreement”.
