Defense Official Claims Iran Has Gained Access to ‘Fingerprints’ of Enemy Warplanes and Electronic Military Equipment
The CEO of Iran Electronics Industries (IEI) has stated that Iran has obtained the electronic fingerprints of the military equipment utilized by its adversary.
Brigadier General Amir Rastegari declared that the Iranian forces have implemented technology to detect all aspects of electromagnetic waves emitted by the adversary’s fighter jets, allowing them to launch an offensive in response.
He informed Tasnim news agency that they possess the electronic equipment fingerprints of the adversary. Just like humans, electromagnetic systems have unique fingerprints, and they have been able to attain this technology for quite some time.
We are now capable of recognizing the different waves emitted from each F-35’s radar when it begins operation and surveillance. We can receive and analyze the telecommunication, radio, and magnetic signals to identify which warplane the signals belong to. If the same fighter jet starts operating again, we can quickly detect it.
Missiles from Iran have been outfitted with cutting-edge seekers.
Rastegari, the head of a state-owned subsidiary of Iran’s Ministry of Defense, mentioned in his remarks that his company had created seekers for ground combat missiles.
He stated that the seekers enable the missiles to identify their targets during the diving stage and allow their operators to accurately hit moving targets.
The general further declared that Iranian forces have achieved the ability to make their munitions “smart,” enabling them to “hit one target with one bullet” in ground combat.
He added that a missile that has been launched can be instructed to bypass its target and assault it from the rear.
In recent years, Iranian military experts and engineers have achieved remarkable successes in producing a wide variety of domestically-made equipment, making the armed forces self-sufficient.
Iranian officials have made it clear that they will not hesitate to bolster their military capabilities, specifically their missile power, solely for defensive reasons. Furthermore, they have expressed that their defense capabilities will never be up for discussion.
