Dozens killed, injured as another blast hits Syria’s Latakia
Dozens of people were killed and wounded after an explosion hit Syria’s Latakia on Sunday morning.
Initial reports suggest that the explosion occurred at the Al-Raml district in Latakia.
16 people were killed, and 18 others were injured following the blast, according to the reports.
