EXCL- 4 Turkish Military Officers Training ISIL Terrorists in Iraq and Turkish Weapons to Syria duty-free

Sezgin Tanrıkulu one of Parliamentarians of Turkish Opposition Party CHP gave 4 question motion written to the Parliament to be answered.
The motion was : “Are the claims of 4 Turkish Military officers were seized in Iraq on charge of training ISIL terrorists on May 2014 in Fallujah true?, If true then who are the detainees? Where are they now?”

9- What is the total price of the arms, ammunition that were sent, sold to Iraq during 2011, 2012, 2013, and 5 months of 2015?

10- Is the claim according to UN records that the arms and Turkish ammunition with the code of 9303 and Turkish Statistical Institue under the title of ‘International Standart Trade Classification’ the weapons were sent to Syria were under the title of Non- militarily purpose with duty- free ture?
