Expanded Meeting of Yemen Dignitaries: Our Choice to Confront Saudi Aggression

Hundreds of Yemeni dignitaries who took part in the expanded meeting on the tenth of Ramadan holy month stressed that the choice of the national powers in the country is to confront the Saudi-led aggression on the Arab impoverished country.

The figures who participated in Iftar dinner on Monday night emphasized that the option to address the Saudi-led coalition is a strategic option until the liberation of all the Saudi occupied territories, local media reported.

The attendees stressed on the national unity in order to face the current Saudi war which entered its third year.

Following the meeting, a final statement was released, reaffirming the sovereignty, independence and unity of Yemen and rejecting the external guardianship and practices of the Saudi-led coalition of occupation against southern and eastern Yemeni provinces.

The tenth of Ramadan meeting was called by the leader of Ansarullah revolutionary movement, Sayyed Abdulmalek al-Houthi.

The participants of the meeting also agreed to form a committee to follow up the outcomes of the meeting, stressing the importance of strengthening  the national partnership between anti-coalition components.
