Gaza’s Health Ministry reports 41 Palestinian fatalities in the past 24 hours

The Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported that over the last 24 hours, at least 41 Palestinians have lost their lives in the blockaded region.

According to a statement released by the ministry on Sunday, the total number of casualties now includes two bodies that have been retrieved from beneath the debris.

According to reports, over 60 Palestinians have been admitted to hospitals with injuries.

Numerous individuals affected by Israel’s recent airstrikes continue to be trapped beneath debris and stranded along roadways. A significant number of these individuals have been unable to access medical assistance or health services.

Since March 18, Israeli actions in Gaza have resulted in the deaths of over 670 Palestinians, including women and children. Additionally, more than 1,200 individuals have sustained injuries amid the ongoing conflict.

Reports indicate that the death toll from the ongoing conflict in Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, has exceeded 50,000.

The Media Office of the Gaza Government issued a warning on Sunday, stating that 2.4 million Palestinians residing in the region are confronting an unprecedented humanitarian crisis.

In a statement, the office accused the Israeli government of perpetrating acts that amount to systematic genocide, by deliberately targeting unarmed civilians, their residences, and essential infrastructure.

The office has issued a warning, stating that by obstructing the delivery of food and medical supplies, the Israeli authorities are intentionally causing starvation among the population in Gaza.

The situation highlights the lack of response from both international and Arab communities, effectively empowering the regime to persist with its actions without facing repercussions.
