Hamas declares that their resistance will persist until ‘israel’ ceases its acts of aggression
Senior Hamas official Osama Hamdan has emphasized the necessity of halting Israel's aggressive actions in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon as a prerequisite for the cessation of resistance operations in Palestine and Lebanon.
A senior Hamas official, Osama Hamdan, underscored the necessity of halting Israeli hostilities in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon as a prerequisite for Palestinian and Lebanese resistance forces to cease their actions.
Hamdan informed Al Jazeera on Wednesday that it is Israel’s approval, not America’s, that is crucial for halting the aggression.
Hamdan has leveled accusations against the United States administration and European nations, claiming they hinder global efforts in support of Gaza while shielding the Israeli occupation regime.
Osama stated that the United States is completely cognizant of the resistance movements’ demands in Palestine and Lebanon. These demands include the cessation of Israeli aggression and occupation. He emphasized that the ongoing assaults on Gaza have afforded Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu an opportunity to target Lebanon.
A Hamas official emphasized that the resistance movement aims to prevent prolonged aggression against Gaza and the people of Lebanon. However, he reiterated that despite the duration of the conflict, the occupation regime and its allies must understand that the resistance will steadfastly refuse to surrender.
Hamdan lauded the Lebanese populace and their resilient spirit, noting their unwavering support for Gaza.
“The adversary aims to sow discord between Palestinian and Lebanese resistance movements, attempting to estrange them from one another; however, such efforts will undoubtedly fail,” he asserted.
“He stated that resistance forces in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq remain vigilant and fully aware of the enemy’s objectives and intentions.”
