Hamas urges Palestinian communities to rally in solidarity with Gaza and refugee camps in the West Bank

The Hamas Movement has urged Palestinians residing in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the territories occupied since 1948 to intensify their actions in solidarity with Gaza.

In the heart of the West Bank city of Ramallah, recent developments have captured the attention of the region. As local events unfold, the community and officials alike are poised to address the evolving situation with keen interest, amidst a backdrop of regional dynamics and ongoing discussions surrounding socio-political matters. Further updates are anticipated as the situation progresses.

The Hamas Movement has urged Palestinians in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the territories occupied since 1948 to intensify their activities in solidarity with Gaza and as a response to the continued aggression against refugee camps in the West Bank.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Hamas accused the Israeli military of persisting in what it described as criminal activities against Palestinians in the West Bank, while also alleging that severe acts of violence and alleged genocidal actions are being carried out against the population in the Gaza Strip.

Hamas reported today that during a pre-dawn operation in the Al-Ain refugee camp, located to the west of Nablus, Israeli special forces carried out the fatal shooting of Uday al-Qatouni, describing the incident as a deliberate act of violence.

The Movement has expressed its sorrow over the death of al-Qatouni, who was killed by Israeli Defense Forces near Al-Ain refugee camp in Nablus early Wednesday morning. The organization has urged for the persistence of resistance efforts against the occupying forces and settlers.

Hamas has issued a call to action for the Palestinian “revolutionary youth,” urging them to persist in their confrontational efforts using all available methods. The organization aims to convey a strong and unwavering message that the Palestinian people will not succumb to what they describe as the occupation’s acts of aggression.

The statement highlighted that the actions of the occupying forces are likely to bolster the resolve of the Palestinian people in opposing the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) and are expected to intensify resistance efforts.
