Haneyya: Hands of Batsh’s killers will be cut off
Head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya has vowed to sever the sinful hands that assassinated Palestinian scientist Fadi al-Batsh in Malaysia.
Haneyya made his remarks during his participation in the funeral of martyr Batsh in Gaza on Thursday evening.
“It is an honor for Palestine and Gaza to give birth to people like martyr Fadi al-Batsh,” Haneyya said, describing the blood of Palestinian martyrs as “fuel for victory and liberation.”
He said that martyr Batsh returned to Gaza despite Israeli refusal, expressing his appreciation to Malaysia and Egypt for allowing his body to be buried in Gaza.
Israeli war minister Avigdor Lieberman had asked Egypt not to allow the body of Batsh to enter Gaza.
