Health Minister: 150 medical shipments reach Aleppo until April, 2014
Health Minister Sa’ad al-Nayef said Wednesday that the Ministry has supplied Aleppo city with a new 135- ton medical shipment of several equipment and medicines, some of them for the chronic diseases.
The Minister, during a visit to al-Razi Hospital in Aleppo along with Finance Minister Ismael Ismael to inaugurate an X-Ray computed tomography scanning set, affirmed his Ministry’s commitment to offer medical requirements to all citizens.
Al-Nayef added during the last year, Aleppo city was provided with 484 medical shipments compared to 150 shipments during until April in 2014.
He clarified the cost of the new scanning set is SYP 200 million, adding it will offer medical photos to all citizens for free.
