Hezbollah Engages in Armed Response: Launches Attack on Tel Aviv

As indirect negotiations continue on Tuesday in an effort to secure a ceasefire in Lebanon, Hezbollah has intensified its operations, launching significant missile strikes against Israel. These actions underscore Hezbollah’s readiness to respond with equal force and highlight the critical influence of the conflict zone in determining outcomes.

On Tuesday, the Lebanese Hezbollah successfully downed an Israeli drone, amid a series of strikes targeting the occupied cities of Tel Aviv, Safed, and Karmiel. The group continued its rocket assaults against Israeli military positions along the Lebanon-Israel border.

The Israeli Defense Forces confirmed on Tuesday the death of one soldier and the wounding of three others, all belonging to the Golani Brigade. The incident occurred when an explosive-laden drone, reportedly launched by Hezbollah, targeted the troops during a logistics supply mission in southern Lebanon.

On Tuesday, Israeli media outlets reported that there were at least five casualties. This included one individual in Karmiel and four others in central Israel, although specific locations were not disclosed.

Operations conducted on Tuesday followed a missile attack by Hezbollah the previous day, which targeted Ramat Gan in the vicinity of Tel Aviv, resulting in significant damage to the central city area.

Hezbollah’s Military Media reported the execution of 19 operations on Tuesday, emphasizing these actions as support for the resilient Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip. The group stated that these maneuvers are conducted to bolster the dignity and courage of the Palestinian resistance, as well as to defend Lebanon and its citizens.

In a development reported late on Monday, the Islamic Resistance confirmed the downing of an Israeli Hermes 450 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) near the Lebanese border town of Taybe. The incident occurred at approximately 10:00 PM, when resistance fighters successfully targeted the drone with a surface-to-air missile, according to a statement. The UAV was observed ablaze as it descended from the sky, marking a significant shift in regional tensions.

In a development late Tuesday, Hezbollah operatives launched a series of rocket attacks aimed at the Israeli settlement of Kiryat Shmona, as conveyed in a subsequent statement.

In a statement released Tuesday, the Islamic Resistance announced that its forces launched a rocket attack at 10:20 a.m. on a training facility used by the Israeli military’s Paratroopers Brigade located in the Karmiel settlement. This marks the third such declaration from the group.

At 10:00 AM, Hezbollah forces launched a barrage of rockets targeting the city of Safed, currently under occupation, as reported in their fourth official statement.

The eighth and ninth statements announced drone strikes targeting the Ramat David Airbase and Beit Lid military facility. These attacks were described as part of the Khaybar operation series, carried out under the rallying call “Labbaik Ya Nasrallah” (at your service, O Nasrallah).

According to the eighth official statement, Islamic Resistance fighters conducted a drone attack on the Ramat David airbase at 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. This airbase, situated approximately 50 kilometers from the Lebanese-Palestinian border and southeast of Haifa, hosts several combat squadrons. The assault drones reportedly struck their intended targets with precision.

In a statement released today, it was announced that Islamic Resistance forces executed a precision aerial assault using a fleet of attack drones on the Beit Lid military installation. The operation took place at 11:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024. This base, situated approximately 90 kilometers from the Lebanese-Palestinian border and to the east of Netanya, functions as a training site for the Nahal and Paratrooper Brigades. According to the ninth issued communique, the operation successfully struck its intended targets.

In the border town of Taybe, at 10:45 AM, Hezbollah forces successfully brought down an Israeli glider utilizing suitable weaponry, according to their tenth official statement.

In its eleventh statement, the group identified as the Islamic Resistance reported that its operatives had deployed advanced missiles targeting an assembly of Israeli forces located south of Khiam. The attack was executed on Monday evening, according to their announcement.

Hezbollah operatives launched attacks on four separate groups of Israeli troops between 1:20 and 2:50 PM, according to the twelfth, thirteenth, and fifteenth official statements. The incidents occurred in the southern outskirts of Al-Bayyadah, near the town of Shamaa, the northern outskirts of Maroun Al-Ras, and at the Al-Umrah Gate in the southern outskirts of Khiam.

At 1:25, Hezbollah operatives launched a guided missile targeting a residence used by Israeli soldiers in the northern outskirts of Maroun Al-Ras, resulting in confirmed casualties among Israeli forces, according to the fourteenth official statement.

In its sixteenth official statement, the Islamic Resistance announced that its fighters had launched a series of advanced missiles targeting the Glilot base, the command center for Military Intelligence Unit 8200. This facility is situated approximately 110 kilometers from the Lebanese-Palestinian border, in the Tel Aviv suburbs. The organization stated that this missile attack was conducted as part of the ongoing Khaybar operations.

On Tuesday, Hezbollah militants launched a series of rocket attacks targeting Israeli positions in the areas east of Khiam, the Sa’sa’ settlement, and the southern outskirts of Maroun Al-Ras, according to their seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth statements.

In the 20th and 21st statements released, it was reported that the Islamic Resistance fighters launched a series of rocket attacks aimed at the Ma’alot-Tarshiha and Gorn settlements. These attacks were carried out at 10:15 and 10:30 AM on Tuesday.

According to the twenty-second official statement, Hezbollah fighters launched a series of rocket attacks targeting the Krayot region, situated north of the occupied city of Haifa, at 11:00 AM.

According to their twenty-third statement, the Islamic Resistance fighters launched a missile attack on the Ga’aton settlement at 10:00 AM on Tuesday.

At 2:00 PM, Hezbollah combatants launched multiple rocket attacks aimed at concentrations of Israeli military personnel located in the settlements of Al-Malkiyeh and Sa’sa’. This marks the second attack on Sa’sa’ as reported in the twenty-fourth and twenty-fifth official statements.

In their 26th and 27th statements, the Islamic Resistance reported that their fighters launched rocket attacks on Israeli positions at the Ramim barracks and the southern outskirts of Maroun Al-Ras. The assaults occurred at 2:40 PM and 3:00 PM on Tuesday.

At 3:30 PM on Tuesday, Islamic Resistance operatives launched a barrage of rockets at a concentration of Israeli troops located north of Maroun Al-Ras, as detailed in their twenty-eighth official statement.

The 29th statement announced that the Islamic Resistance forces launched a second round of rockets at an Israeli military assembly east of Al-Khiam town at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

In their 30th statement, the Islamic Resistance reported that their fighters launched a rocket assault on a cluster of “Israeli” enemy forces located in the Bar’am settlement. The attack occurred at 6:20 PM on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 6:50 pm, Islamic Resistance forces launched a second rocket attack targeting a group of Israeli forces stationed south of Al-Khiam city, according to their thirty-first statement.

In its 32nd communiqué, the Islamic Resistance announced that at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, its fighters launched a missile attack targeting a group of Israeli occupation forces stationed in the Al-Hamamis area, located south of Al-Khiam city.

In its 33rd statement, the Islamic Resistance reported that at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, they conducted an aerial operation involving a fleet of assault drones targeting a concentration of Israeli occupation forces near Al-Umrah Gate, located on the southern outskirts of Al-Khiam city. The operation was reported to have hit its intended targets with precision.

In the ongoing conflict, Israeli forces have intensified their operations across multiple locations in South Lebanon. An airstrike targeting a site in Sarafand resulted in the deaths of three Lebanese Army soldiers.
