Hezbollah launches assault on explosives facility in disputed territories

Hezbollah has reported the launch of rockets targeting an explosives factory situated south of Haifa, marking a continuation of its retaliatory actions against the Israeli government.

The Lebanese Resistance movement has announced a series of assaults targeting the Miron base, a pivotal hub for aerial operations, as well as the Ma’aleh Golani base, the command center for the Hermon Brigade 810. These attacks reportedly involved the use of rocket barrages.

Moreover, Hezbollah launched an operation targeting Israeli military artillery installations in the Neot Mordechai settlement using a fleet of attack drones, reportedly striking the designated sites with precision.

In a recent statement, the movement announced its launch of rocket salvos targeting Israeli troop concentrations near the Lebanese town of Maroun al-Ras. The attacks reportedly extended to several other areas, including Kiryat Shmona, Nahariyya, the Dovif military base, the Ramtha site, as well as the Yiftah and Margaliot settlements.

Hezbollah announced it had fired rockets targeting multiple Israeli settlements, which had earlier received evacuation orders from the group.

Lebanese media outlets have reported that since the onset of Israel’s significant ground incursion into southern Lebanon in early October, the conflict has resulted in the deaths of several hundred Israeli soldiers.

Israeli media has reported an increase in the number of casualties among the invading forces.

According to the latest figures released by Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health, Israeli attacks on the country have resulted in the deaths of at least 2,986 individuals since October 2023. Within the last 24 hours alone, 18 people have reportedly been killed and 83 others injured in these hostilities.
