Hezbollah reaffirmed commitment on fulfilling objectives of Martyr Nasrallah

The combatants of Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement have reaffirmed their loyalty to the organization's leader, emphasizing that their adversaries are currently gripped by fear of the fighters' capabilities and military strength.

In a statement issued on Saturday, fighters from the Islamic Resistance reaffirmed their allegiance to Sheikh Naim Qassem, the Secretary General of the movement. The message underscored a collective commitment from all involved jihadi groups, pledging renewed support to the leadership.

The combatants pledged to remain committed to the legacy of the group’s former leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, who became a martyr amid heavy Israeli airstrikes on the Lebanese capital, Beirut, in late September.

In a solemn commitment, they vowed to persist in “fulfilling the objectives of Nasrallah by championing the cause of the oppressed and honoring his legacy as a guardian for our people and cherished community. They aim to defend the triumphs born of the martyrs’ sacrifices and continue with determination along the path of resistance, striving for land liberation and the expulsion of invaders.”

In an additional statement, Hezbollah’s fighters announced that they have accumulated a formidable arsenal to effectively challenge the adversaries of the resistance.

“Our resources and capabilities, which have been provided by our faith and instill fear in our adversaries, were declared,” they stated.

The group announced their commitment to “thwart the ambitions of any aggressor, traitor, or misguided individual,” asserting that alongside their people and community, they intend to counteract the enemy’s strategies with tenacity, aiming to return triumphant.

The statement was issued against a backdrop of escalated Israeli military actions targeting Lebanon, which have resulted in the deaths of over 3,100 individuals nationwide since October of last year.

In the latest developments, actions by Israeli forces have resulted in the deaths of at least 40 individuals and left 14 others wounded across various regions in Lebanon, including the Baalbek-Hermel Province located in the northeast. Among the casualties was a Lebanese family, all members of which were identified as belonging to the Dani Zuaitar family.

In the southern region, Israeli airstrikes resulted in the deaths of at least five individuals near the city of Sour. Additionally, six more casualties were reported in the villages of Ain Baal and Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain, according to local sources.

Hezbollah has launched a series of operations in response to what it describes as aggression, targeting the occupied Palestinian territories and Israeli forces attempting to gain ground in southern Lebanon. These actions have reportedly resulted in hundreds of successful missions.

On Saturday, the group reported that they had launched a series of precision missiles at the Haifa Technical Base, located in the city of Haifa within the disputed territories. Additionally, they claimed to have targeted artillery positions in the Galilee Finger area, which are allegedly utilized by the regime for launching cluster munitions into southern Lebanon. These positions were reportedly hit with a series of rocket salvos.

The group announced that they launched rocket barrages targeting the city of Safad and concentrations of Israeli forces within the settlements of Avivim, Rosh Pinna, Hatzor HaGlilit, Katzrin, as well as Kiryat Shmona and Metulla.

The movement announced for the first time that it had launched a missile barrage targeting the Malam military factory, which plays a role in the regime’s air and missile systems, located south of Tel Aviv. This incident marks a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict.

Hezbollah has committed to continuing its offensive operations until Israel halts its military actions against Lebanon.
