Houthi forces overwhelm Saudi Army, Hadi loyalists in northern Yemen
The Saudi-led Coalition, alongside the Hadi loyalists, launched a powerful attack at the village of Sarwah in the Mareb Governorate on Wednesday, resulting in a fierce battle with the Houthi forces that lasted most of the day.
Despite their best efforts to infiltrate the Houthi defenses, the Saudi-led forces were ultimately repelled after suffering a significant number of casualties.
In addition to their high death toll, the Saudi-led Coalition also lost a lot of equipment during their failed offensive on Wednesday; this includes several technical vehicles and a large stockpile of weapons.
The pictures above were released by Hezbollah’s official media wing on Wednesday; furthermore, video footage will be released from this battle soon.
