Increasing numbers of ISIS terrorists killed, army pushes ahead with military operations

Army units continued on Sunday crackdown on terrorists in several areas across the country, dealing heavy blows to their organizations and rolling back their advances.
Daraa
Units of the army and armed forces eliminated a number of terrorists in al-Kark neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad in the city and in al-Tiha, al-Mal, Aqraba, al-Hara and Kafr Nasij in the countryside of Daraa.
Homs
An army unit destroyed several gatherings of terrorist in al-Nashashiyeh, southwest of Hasya near the border with Lebanon, in the countryside of the central Homs province, according to a military source.
The operation resulted in the killing of many of the terrorists, while others were left wounded, the source told SANA.
Other army units destroyed a hideout for terrorists in al-Rastan al-Tahtani and targeted a vehicle with terrorists aboard near the railway in the western part of al-Zara village in al-Rastan area, located in the northern countryside of the province.
The source also said army units killed many terrorists and destroyed their equipment in al-Quneitrat village in the countryside of Talbisa.
Intensive military operations were carried out in Salam Gharbi and al-Msheirfeh and al-Shamaliyeh villages in the eastern countryside of Homs.
The operations targeted terrorists’ hideouts, leaving many killed and their weapons destroyed.
Hasaka
Units of the army and armed forces killed a number of Islamic State in Iraq and Syria “ISIS” terrorists in the eastern province of Hasaka.
SANA reporter said the army, also, destroyed ISIS terrorists’ vehicles in the two villages of Abyadh and Dawoodiya, and Milbiya area in the countryside of the eastern province of Hasaka.
The source added that an army unit thwarted an attack launch by ISIS terrorists on Dawoodiya, pointing out that other army units destroyed with artillery fire ISIS gatherings in Milbiya area.
Scores of ISIS terrorists were killed, many others were injured and their vehicles were destroyed during the operation.
Quneitra
A unit of the army and armed forces destroyed a terrorists’ vehicle equipped with a heavy machinegun, leaving all terrorists inside killed in the village of Masshara in the countryside of the southern province of Quneitra.
Aleppo
Army units killed many terrorists in Hanano, al-Sakhour, al-Lairamoun, al-Sheikh Said, Old Aleppo, Maret al-Arteeq, Qafar Hamra, al-Mseibeen and Khan Toman in the northern province of Aleppo.
Damascus countryside
Units of the army and armed forces tightened control over Rajem al-Sayd area at southwestern of Damascus countryside after killing the last gatherings of al-Nusra Front terrorists in it, according to a military source.
