Initial photo and video of the Israeli vessel captured by Iran have been made public

Iranian naval forces have seized a vessel linked to the Israeli regime in the Persian Gulf, according to reports from national Iranian television. The broadcaster released the initial images of the intercepted ship on Saturday.

Footage has emerged depicting a national Iranian television reporter standing alongside an Israeli vessel, which was captured by Iranian naval forces in the Strait of Hormuz during the spring.

On Saturday, reports from Iranian media quoted IRGC Navy Commander Admiral Alireza Tangsiri stating that Iran will respond reciprocally to any aggression against its vessels. Tangsiri emphasized that wherever Iranian ships are attacked or seized globally, Iran will act similarly by capturing the vessels of the aggressors, reflecting the country’s stance on maritime defense so far.
