Iran Army Air Force will respond to any regional threat in shortest time: Commander
The Iranian Army Air Force is highly capable of monitoring, finding a solution and responding to the existing threats in the region in the shortest possible time, says a senior commander.
Brigadier General Mohammad Hossein Dadras, second-in-command of the Iranian Army, made the remarks during a visit to the Shahid Sattari University of Aeronautical Engineering on Tuesday.
He underlined the importance of precisely analyzing the enemies’ behavior in order to monitor their military capabilities.
“We should focus our capabilities on the armed forces’ prowess proportionate to the enemy’s behavior,” the commander said.
He highlighted the great role of the Iranian armed forces in promoting the country’s military power and capability.
Iranian military experts and technicians have in recent years made substantial headway in manufacturing a broad range of indigenous equipment, making the armed forces self-sufficient in the arms sphere.
Iranian officials have repeatedly asserted that the country will never stop working to strengthen its military capabilities for defense purposes.
Chief Commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Major General Hossein Salami last month hailed the achievements made in the defense industry despite all the restrictions imposed on the country, saying the armed forces are today ready to respond to all enemy threats at any level.
