Iran’s top commander warns that any misstep by adversaries could endanger Israel’s security
Iran's highest-ranking military official has issued a warning, stating that any threats to the nation's security will result in severe repercussions for Israel and its allies who may back further military actions against the Islamic Republic.

In a recent announcement, Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, confirmed on Wednesday that the nation’s military forces have reached a state of optimal readiness.
A high-ranking official from the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) issued a stark warning during the final phase of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) 19 military exercises. He stated that any error by adversaries could jeopardize the security of the Zionist regime, as well as those supporting it through military armament and strategic planning.
Bagheri emphasized that Iran’s air defense system is operating at peak efficiency, noting that any previous minor damages have been promptly addressed and repaired.
The Iranian military is reportedly in a state of full readiness for offensive maneuvers, with missile production continuing at a high volume and quality, according to statements from the commanding officer.
Bagheri underscored Iran’s progress in drone technology, revealing comprehensive strategies for integrating microdrones and loitering drones into diverse military operations.
The widespread deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is currently being executed across both the ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Army. Plans are in place to further equip additional units in accordance with operational requirements.
The commander’s remarks were made in the context of Iran ramping up its deterrence strategy in response to actions by the Israeli regime and its allies.
In a display of military strength, the Islamic Republic conducted Operation True Promise I and II last year, executing a series of retaliatory strikes in response to actions by Israel.
Iran conducted operations involving the deployment of hundreds of ballistic missiles and drones, effectively demonstrating its capability to accurately target Israeli military and intelligence installations.
In a development underscoring rising tensions, remarks by Bagheri came in the wake of a senior IRGC commander’s declaration that a third retaliatory military strike against Israel is imminent.
Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, head of the Aerospace Division of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps, stated on Tuesday that the nation must prepare for the possibility of conflict as a means to deter war.
“US Backing for Israeli Military Actions Highlights Washington’s Controversial Stance”
In other parts of his statement, Bagheri criticized the United States for its ongoing military and logistical backing of Israel, especially as the latter continues its aggressive actions against the Palestinian people.
In a recent statement, the official condemned the longstanding U.S. support for Israel, describing it as a continuance of backing what he referred to as the “usurping, child-killing Zionist regime.” He further accused the United States of hypocrisy and deceit, charging that its provision of arms to Israel for operations in Gaza has further revealed its harmful intentions.
