Iraqi forces conduct battle to avenge Martyr IRGC soldier in Syria
The Iraqi paramilitary, Sayyed Al-Shuhada Regiment, released footage this week of their battle against the so-called Islamic State (ISIL) in Syria.
Announcing their operation to avenge the fallen IRGC soldier, Mohsen Hojaji, the Iraqi paramilitary showed footage of their armed drones bombing the Islamic State’s positions in the vast Syrian Desert.
Sayyed Al-Shuhada Regiment is now participating in the battle for central Syria, as they look to aid the Syrian Army in their quest to liberate the entire desert region that was once occupied by the Islamic State.
