Iraqi resistance forces launch fresh assaults on strategic occupied locations in the Golan Heights
Iraqi anti-terror factions have initiated a new series of drone strikes targeting strategic locations within the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. This operation is a retaliatory measure against what they describe as the ongoing aggression of the Israeli government towards Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the extensive bombardments affecting Lebanon.
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, a coalition of anti-terror combatants, announced that its forces conducted an attack on Sunday morning utilizing an unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with explosives.
The organization announced that the strike was an integral component of its continued opposition to the Israeli occupation, expressing solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza and the Lebanese population. This move was also cited as a response to what the group described as the Israeli massacre of unarmed civilians, including women, children, and the elderly.
The coalition has pledged to persist in its operations against strategic sites throughout the territories occupied by Israel.

In a statement released on Saturday, October 19, 2024, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for a drone attack targeting a strategic location in the occupied Golan Heights.
The group announced that the strike was executed in response to what they described as Israeli acts of aggression. These acts, according to the group, include the reported massacres of women, children, and the elderly in the occupied Palestinian territories and Lebanon.
The Iraqi resistance has pledged to intensify its operations against Israeli targets, signaling a commitment to escalate actions in the region.
Since October 7 of the previous year, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq has launched multiple operations targeting sensitive sites within the occupied territories. This activity comes in response to the Israeli regime’s commencement of what is described as a genocidal conflict in the Gaza Strip.
According to recent reports, the ongoing Israeli military operations have resulted in the deaths of at least 42,519 Palestinians, a majority of whom are women and children.
The coalition has launched retaliatory strikes on U.S. military installations located in Iraq and neighboring Syria. These actions come in response to Washington’s extensive political, military, and intelligence backing of Israel’s operations in Gaza.
