Iraqi vice president meets majlis speaker
Iraqi Vice President Nouri al-Maliki on Tuesday met Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani.
During the meeting, the two sides underlined increase of bilateral cooperation.Larijani and al-Maliki discussed the latest regional and international developments.
The Iraqi VP and secretary general of Iraq al-Dawa Party arrived in Tehran on Saturday to consult with Iranian senior officials.
Al-Maliki was prime minister of Iraq during years of 2006 to 2014.
