IRGC Navy prepared to deliver a firm and unequivocal response to any emerging threats
The commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy has announced that the naval forces have attained a level of strength capable of delivering a decisive and formidable response to any potential threats.

Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, Commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy, announced today that the IRGC Navy has achieved self-reliance, no longer dependent on foreign entities for support. Emphasizing the importance of scientific advancement, Admiral Tangsiri highlighted the steps being taken by the IRGC Navy towards strengthening its autonomy and authority on the global stage.
Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri stated that while in previous times it was necessary to collaborate with foreign nations to tackle adversaries, the current situation allows the country to fulfill all its defense requirements independently, leveraging domestic capabilities.
The IRGC Navy has attained a level of strength, enhanced by the expertise and knowledge of domestic specialists, enabling it to deliver a decisive and formidable response to any threats, according to statements made by its officials.
In other parts of his statement, he affirmed that the islands of Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb, Abu Musa, and other territories in the Persian Gulf have historically belonged to Iran and will continue to be an integral part of the nation as long as it endures.
