IRGC: Zionists to be buried in Syria

Major General Hussein Salami, Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has emphatically stated that Iran is determined to steadfastly safeguard its national security.

Major General Hussein Salami, the Commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), declared that Iran is firmly committed to safeguarding its security, sovereignty, governing system, national interests, historical legacy, and territorial integrity.

“Iran is not a nation that outsiders can regard dismissively. It is a country defined by its history of resolute men and women engaged in jihad.”

Major General Salami, addressing attendees at the conclusion of the third biennial Martyr Lieutenant General Hajj Qassem Suleimani Award ceremony held at the Museum of the Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense, declared on Sunday that the Zionists would face severe consequences. According to reports from IRNA, Salami asserted that while the process would require time, the Zionists would ultimately be defeated on Syrian soil.

General Salami has declared that the Islamic world currently stands as the focal point for jihad, asserting that the fulfillment and prosperity of Muslims are linked to this cause. He emphasized that the young mujahideen within the Islamic community possess the requisite faith, fervor, and determination to overcome Zionist forces and are poised to execute this mission.

In a recent statement, the IRGC Commander compared the actions of foreign powers in Syria to predatory wolves targeting vulnerable prey, suggesting these forces are dismantling the nation as if it were a lone deer being devoured in the desert.

According to General Salami, Iranian forces were deployed to Syria not to pursue any ambitions or interests, but rather to assist in ensuring that the Syrian people can live with dignity and honor.

In a concise statement to reporters during the ceremony, General Salami underscored the importance of martyr Suleimani as a symbol of resilience and resistance. He urged Muslim nations to look to Suleimani as a guiding figure and to unite in defense of their identity against adversaries.
