Israel Kills around 600 in Gaza over 3 Days

More than 590 Palestinians have been killed in attacks since the Israeli regime broke the Gaza ceasefire on Tuesday, while the death toll continues to rise as Israeli air attacks and ground assaults have intensified.

The Israeli regime said a ground invasion of southern Gaza’s Rafah is under way and its troops are pushing into the north near the town of Beit Lahiya and central areas, Al Jazeera reported.

The Israeli military has continued its assault on Gaza over recent hours with strikes on Rafah and Khan Younis in the south of the besieged enclave, according to the Quds News Network and the Palestinian Information Center.

The Israeli fighter jets have also bombed Gaza City’s Zeitoun neighborhood in the north, while artillery shelling has been reported in nearby Beit Lahiya.

Meanwhile, Hamas has fired the first rockets towards Israel since the ceasefire was shattered and Yemen’s Houthis said they launched more missiles at a military site south of Tel Aviv.

Gaza’s Health Ministry said at least 49,617 Palestinians have been confirmed dead and 112,950 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza. Gaza’s Government Media Office updated its death toll to more than 61,700, saying thousands of Palestinians missing under the rubble are presumed dead.
