Lebanese security forces arrest Syrian ISIS leader

The Lebanese Internal Security Forces arrested a high ranking member of the Islamic State (ISIS) this week, a military communique read today.
According to this communique, the Islamic State commander was a Syrian man that participated in the battle for the historic city of Palmyra in central Homs.
The ISIS commander was reportedly arrested inside the Zgharta District in northern Lebanon.
