Military Analyst: Nour al-Din al-Zanki Movement Fighting Evil War in Syria with US Support

Nour al-Din Zanki is a terrorist group that is fighting against the Syrian nation with the US financial and logistic support, a prominent military analyst said.
“The US knows no better way than supporting the Nour al-Din al-Zanki Movement while calling it a moderate group and supporting it financially and by sending weapons with the help of certain Arab regimes in a way that the group can produce chemical gases,” Major-General Ahmad Jalil said on Saturday.

“The US and its allies’ support for Nour al-Din al-Zanki Movement is not limited to financial and logistic aid and they have rendered much support to them in the media, including in al-Jazeera news channel, by explaining their ideology and trying to recruit more members in the terrorist group,” he added.

Jalil said that Nour al-Din al-Zanki Movement’s terrorist operations are being carried out as the group had claimed earlier that it would take arms if necessary but later it was revealed that its members are fugitive terrorists from other groups and extremists.

Nour al-Din al-Zinki Movement is a group that’s been getting US aid for quite some time.

Last July, an Amnesty International report named them as one of several US-backed groups involved in torture and summary executions. Just two weeks later, the group’s social media accounts showed fighters beheading a young Palestinian boy described as “an Assad soldier.” Now confirmed reports suggest this same group was responsible for a recent chemical weapons attack in Aleppo.
