More terrorists to leave Homs City on Monday
Another batch of jihadist rebels are scheduled to leave the Al-Wa’er District of Homs City on Monday after a preliminary agreement was put in place this weekend.
According to an Al-Masdar correspondent in Damascus, the Syrian government will transport several jihadist rebels from Al-Wa’er to the Idlib Governorate on Monday afternoon.
This recent agreement comes just six days after the Syrian government transported 120 jihadist rebels from Al-Wa’er to Idlib.
The last transportation agreement ran into some problems at the onset after the jihadist rebels reneged on their pledge to leave Al-Wa’er.
Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham (formerly Jabhat Al-Nusra) reneged on their pledge to leave Al-Wa’er after the U.N. aid workers refused to travel with them to Idlib; this prompted intervention from the Syrian Army in order to enforce the agreement.
