Palestinian factions hail Islamic Jihad’s initiative
Palestinian national figures and factions hailed the initiative presented by Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Ramadan Shallah.
He also called for holding a large meeting that would include all Palestinian factions to discuss Jihad Movement’s initiative and to work on its implementation.
For his part, member of Hamas’ political bureau Mahmoud Zahar welcomed the initiative and called for its implementation.
Hamas Movement has earlier issued a statement welcoming the initiative, and considering it an important step to straighten the Palestinian situation.
The Movement also called for its support.
Along the same line, the Secretary General of al-Ahrar movement Khaled Abu Hilal considered the initiative as a road map to straighten the Palestinian house and to overcome the current crisis.
Earlier on Friday, Ramadan Shallah suggested ten tips as a way out from the current impasse emerging on the Palestinian national scene.
