President al-Assad issues decree offering grant of SYP 100,000 for state employees

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued  on Thursday  Legislative Decree No. 21 for 2022.

The decree stipulates for offering one-time financial grant of SYP 100,000 to civil and military employees, in addition to the retired.
