The statement revealed that the individual had been chosen to succeed the late Ismail Haniyeh, with a mission to continue opposing US initiatives and Israeli occupation, ultimately sacrificing their life for the cause.

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon released a statement expressing mourning for the leader who had become a martyr. The leader was described as having journeyed as a fighter and martyr until reaching Al-Quds.

The statement emphasized that the death of the militant leader “Abu Ibrahim,” along with the leaders and fighters who came before him within the Axis of Resistance, will only serve to bolster the resistance across all arenas and fronts.
