Sayyed al-Houthi issued a warning of military intervention if Israel continues its offensive in Gaza

The head of the Ansarullah resistance movement has issued a warning, indicating that Yemeni armed forces are prepared to engage on multiple military fronts to support Palestinians in Gaza if Israel renews its offensive against the blockaded region.

On Thursday evening, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi announced that Tel Aviv, Israel’s bustling urban and economic hub, has been identified as a key target for upcoming retaliatory attacks.

In a televised address from Sana’a, the leader of the Houthi movement announced that should hostilities recommence in Gaza, Yemen stands prepared to launch a military intervention. The statement indicated that the entire area under Israeli control would be targeted, with Tel Aviv identified as a principal objective.

He stated, “Yemen is closely observing the enforcement of the Gaza ceasefire agreement and noting the degree to which the Israeli forces are evading their responsibilities.”

According to Houthi officials, Israel is allegedly leveraging the backing of the United States to violate established agreements.

He further criticized Israel’s decision to maintain its military presence in the Philadelphi Corridor along the Gaza-Egypt border and at the Rafah border crossing, describing these actions as clear violations of the Gaza truce agreement. He emphasized that these breaches appear to be supported by the United States.

He issued a stark warning that this behavior represents a grave risk to both the Palestinian population and the Egyptian state, its government, and military forces.

The leader of Ansarullah has reiterated Yemen’s steadfast commitment to the Palestinian cause and its backing of resistance groups, despite Israel’s failure to adhere to the Gaza ceasefire agreement and efforts to postpone the next stage of negotiations with Hamas.

The Yemeni leader reaffirmed Yemen’s ongoing endorsement of Lebanon and the Hezbollah resistance movement, condemning the persistent assaults by the Israeli military, their reluctance to withdraw completely, and the occupation of Lebanese territories.

He pledged support to Palestinian and Lebanese resistance fighters, affirming that Yemeni forces would stand in solidarity with them. He issued a stern warning to the Israeli regime, urging it to cease its occupation and aggression.

The Houthi movement has urged Israel and its allies to reconsider their policies, emphasizing that the historic funeral processions for Hezbollah leaders, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, underscore the unwavering commitment of the Lebanese population to the resistance movement.

The leader of Ansarullah emphasized that the significant sacrifices of Palestinian and Lebanese resistance commanders and fighters bolster the resolve of the Axis of Resistance forces to continue their struggle against Israel.
