Sayyed al-Houthi: USS Abraham Lincoln fled following a challenge from Ansarullah forces

The leader of Yemen's Ansar Allah has reiterated the nation's backing of Gaza's resistance efforts, while criticizing the inaction of Arab leaders. He also condemned the United States and Israel for what he described as genocidal actions and their intentions to dominate the Middle East.

Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, announced on Thursday the country’s steadfast commitment to supporting the Gaza Resistance. He asserted that Yemen would persist in maritime operations aimed at disrupting Israeli navigation and hindering vessels bound for Israeli-controlled ports.

In a recent address concerning the ongoing Israeli military actions in Gaza and Lebanon, along with other regional and global matters, Sayyed al-Houthi highlighted Yemen’s defiance against American military presence. Al-Houthi asserted that Yemen had confronted the United States with its warships and naval fleets following the declaration of aggression, emphasizing that the nation has maintained a steadfast stance without yielding its position.

He stated that Yemen had aimed at American aircraft carriers, which are used to instill fear in various nations, regimes, and governments, and to intimidate international competitors.

In a bold statement, he proclaimed that Yemen had targeted aircraft carriers, beginning with the USS Eisenhower, which he claimed was forced to withdraw from the Red Sea in defeat and disgrace.

Sayyed al-Houthi has stated that following an alleged attack, the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln is withdrawing from the Arabian Sea. The decision reportedly reflects a strategic retreat by the US Navy, signaling a return of the vessel to its previous location.

He affirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces will persist in their maritime operations to obstruct Israeli shipping activities across the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab, the Arabian Sea, and extending to the Indian Ocean.

Sayyed al-Houthi has revealed that Yemen has sustained its operations in backing the Resistance in Gaza this week through a series of missile and drone attacks, aimed at Israeli occupation forces within occupied Palestine. He emphasized that Yemen’s support for Gaza will persist as the conflict continues.

He has urged the people of Yemen to participate in a massive demonstration scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, at al-Sabeen Square in the capital city of Sanaa, as well as in other provinces and districts, to show solidarity with Gaza, Palestine, and Lebanon.

Sayyed al-Houthi criticized the United States, stating that its recent veto against a draft resolution for a ceasefire in Gaza exemplifies its aggressive and ruthless stance, as well as its involvement in Israeli actions against the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. He remarked with irony that while the U.S. frequently advocates for peace, it is simultaneously responsible for numerous global conflicts and atrocities, acting as an accomplice to occupation-related crimes.

He additionally stated that measures intended to halt what he described as genocide against the Palestinian population are deemed unacceptable by the United States, which, according to him, adopts a hostile stance towards Arab and Muslim communities.

The leader of the Yemeni Resistance criticized the actions of Arab leaders, describing their responses as ineffectual. He stated that “summits and declarations from Arab and Muslim leaders are meaningless,” and emphasized that the United States plays a significant role as a partner in the actions carried out by “Israel” throughout the region, including countries such as Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Egypt.

Sayyed al-Houthi has asserted that Israel’s recurring discourse concerning Palestine, the broader Levant, Egypt, sections of Saudi Arabia, and Iraq is driven by intentions to dominate and occupy these territories. He further stated that U.S. and Israeli declarations regarding reshaping the Middle East are designed to establish control over the region in a manner that benefits both nations’ interests.

Sayyed al-Houthi has condemned the actions of the Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip, alleging that the occupation aims to eliminate the Palestinian population through various means. These allegedly include tactics such as imposing starvation, attacking medical facilities, and obstructing the delivery of essential medications.

He additionally alleged that the Israeli occupation forces are deliberately targeting hospitals, hindering the delivery of medical supplies, and allegedly organizing groups to plunder the scarce aid that successfully gets through, according to a report.

He claimed that Israeli forces are targeting hospitals as primary military objectives, with the intention of inflicting maximum casualties among Palestinians.

The leader of Ansar Allah has accused Western countries, including France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, of endorsing what he describes as genocide committed by the Israeli occupation in Gaza. He further alleged that this genocide is supported not only by Israel but also by the United States.

Sayyed al-Houthi lauded the efforts of Resistance movements across the Middle East, including those in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen. He emphasized that fighters from these regions have embarked on a prudent and rightful course of action. Al-Houthi urged the wider ummah, or Muslim nation, to support and adopt this approach, as it safeguards against loss and depletion.

He explained that the options aside from the Resistance strategy include capitulation or being subjected to enemy exploitation, depletion of resources, and engaging in hostilities with the Americans, as is being carried out by some.

He extended commendations to the combatants in Gaza, specifically highlighting the efforts of the al-Qassam Brigades, al-Quds Brigades, and other resistance groups actively opposing Israeli forces. He emphasized that the al-Qassam Brigades had executed 24 operations over the past week, characterizing these actions as both “heroic and honorable.”

Additionally, he praised Hezbollah’s resilience in Lebanon, highlighting that “Hezbollah’s current accomplishments are significant as it remains firmly resilient amid extraordinary aggression against Lebanon.”

He highlighted that prior to the formation of Hezbollah, the Israeli forces managed to invade Lebanon and reach Beirut within just seven days. However, in a recent turn of events, Israeli troops have been striving to seize border villages near Palestine for the past two months. Yet, according to his account, these efforts continue to be met with steadfast resistance and significant challenges.

In a statement, he highlighted that Hezbollah demonstrates high operational effectiveness, as its fighters confront Israeli forces in close combat, successfully repelling them and causing substantial damage. The group is also conducting bombardments on settlements, with rocket fire reported to have reached the occupied city of Yafa, which has instilled a persistent sense of fear among Israeli forces.

Sayyed al-Houthi claimed that a significant number of Israelis are continuously seeking refuge in shelters around the clock, as warning sirens reportedly sound almost incessantly.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has reportedly escalated its activities, conducting 18 operations against Israeli forces this week, marking a notable increase in their operational momentum.

Sayyed al-Houthi has criticized the past Arab responses to Israeli aggression, stating that they were inadequate and did not meet the seriousness of the challenges and risks involved. He emphasized that these responses lacked both a sense of responsibility and a clear strategic vision.

He noted that Arab initiatives against adversaries tended to be reactionary, fleeting, and lacked coordination, often culminating in failure. These efforts were frequently revived sporadically without adequate planning or support.

In his closing remarks, he asserted that “the Israeli adversary is now speaking with confidence, asserting that the Americans will transfer control of the West Bank and Gaza to them.” He further noted that “the individual Trump appointed as ambassador to Israel does not acknowledge the existence of the West Bank or Gaza.”
