Syrian Army destroys large network of tunnels in the East Ghouta

The Syrian Arab Army’s 102nd Brigade of the Republican Guard reportedly destroyed a large network of tunnels that belonged to the extremist rebels of Faylaq Al-Rahman in the East Ghouta region of rural Damascus. According to an Al-Masdar correspondent in Damascus City, the Republican Guard forces destroyed 9 tunnels that connected the Bala Farms with the villages of Al-Muhammadiyah and Beit Na’im.
The source added that the Syrian Armed Forces destroyed these 9 tunnels around 7 P.M. (Damascus Time) on Sunday; however, it took them nearly two days to plant the bombs inside these rebel tunnels.
