Syrian Army Drives Terrorists back from Key Height Southwest of Aleppo
Syrian Army troops, backed by heavy artillery and missile fire, stormed Jeish al-Fatah’s strongholds in the districts Southwest of Aleppo and captured a strategic height.
The Syrian army soldiers captured al-Senobarat height after hours of fighting with the terrorists.
In the meantime, army artillery and missile units shelled Jeish al-Fatah’s centers near the height of Um al-Qara’a and al-Moqala’a region
Earlier today, battlefield sources in Syria refuted the terrorists’ claims about advancing in the Southern and Southwestern districts of Aleppo, and underlined the government forces’ full preparedness to monitor and repel any terrorist activity.
“There has not been any change in situation of Southern battlefields of Aleppo city,” the sources said, “Also, explosion of an important government building in al-Aza’at neighborhood in Aleppo by terrorist groups is nothing but rumors.”
In the meantime, Iraqi popular forces of al-Nujaba underlined their firm will and full preparedness to root out militancy in Aleppo.
