Syrian Army gives terrorists 24 hours to leave west Aleppo
The jihadist rebels at the western outskirts of Aleppo city have been given 24 hours to leave the area, a military source told Al-Masdar News this morning.
According to the military source, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has given the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham a final 24 hours to leave the Al-Zahra’a Association Quarter or else they will launch a large-scale operation to rid them out of this area.
This threat from the Syrian Arab Army comes on the eve of the deadline for the jihadist rebels to withdraw from the designated buffer zone in the Idlib, Hama, Latakia, and Aleppo provinces.
Should Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham not leave the buffer zone or Al-Zahra’a Quarter, they will a potential military response to force them to withdraw.
In the past, the jihadist rebels have used the Al-Zahra’a Quarter to launch several attacks on the government-held areas in the provincial capital.
